October Sublet - Room Finchley Rd / Swiss Cottage

Hello,

I am looking for someone to sublet my lovely bright and very spacious double bedroom in October. 😊

Dates:
I will be travelling from the 27th Sept -11th October and will then move-out from the flat on the 11th of October. Our lease is finishing on the 29th of October, so the room can be available from the 27th Sept-29th October.

The location of the flat is amazing:
⁃ Swiss Cottage station and Finchley road station for the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines
⁃ South Hampstead and Finchley Road and Frognal for the overground lines
⁃ close to Primrose Hill / Regents park / Hampstead Heath
⁃ massive PureGym, Anytime Fitness and Swiss Cottage leisure center (with pool, pickleball/ badminton courts) all super close
⁃ Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi.. all walking distance
⁃ Lots of restaurants/ cafes/ pubs / bars in the area

The flat/ room
⁃ modern and fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer…)
- huge and bright living room
- you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 girl, Abbie
- the first two weeks my belongings will be stored in the room, so you will have a big wardrobe, chest of drawers and my desk. And after the 11th of October all my things including the desk and chair will be gone, but you will still have the bed, drawers and wardrobe.

Rent (including bills): £290/ week.

The flatmates:
You will be sharing the flat with very friendly and social people:
- Abbie (23) who is doing a PhD
- Raj (27) who is soon to become a lawyer
- Eddie (29) who works in AI. He will also be moving out on the 11th of October so there might be someone to replace him too.

We’re all a very friendly bunch, who likes to spend time together, going out for the occasional drinks, gigs, pub quizzes, play pickleball/ tennis/ badminton …or stay at home playing board games and watching TV. And we of course also respect each other’s privacy.
