We have a room immediately available in our flatshare for a friendly and tidy flatmate.

LARGE BEDROOM
The room is a double bedroom in a spacious flat with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, desk and chair, and mini-sofa chair.

SPACIOUS AND CLEAN FLAT
The common rooms in our flat include a lounge, a separate large kitchen, and two bathrooms. The flat is airy and gets plenty of natural light during the day. We maintain a tidy, calm and well-organised flat that provides a very relaxing environment when we get home after a day's work.

GREAT NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are within walking distance of 3 supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, M&S Food), 4 gyms (Virgin Active, Anytime Fitness, PureGym, Better), 2 tube lines (Jubilee Line, Metropolitan Line), 3 overland train lines, parks and open spaces (Regent's Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath), and local bars and restaurants. FRIENDLY HOUSEHOLD
You will share the flat with me and my two flatmates, both working professionals. We strike a good balance between creating a social and friendly environment within the flat while respective each other's personal space and time.
