About the Flat

A bright and spacious 3-bedroom flat in a beautiful period building with high ceilings, large sash windows, and great natural light throughout. The flat has a cozy and homely feel, with wooden floors, a large shared living area, and a comfortable dining space by the window.

Bills: Roughly £100 per month each

Living Room: Generous shared space with a TV, bookshelf, and dining table that gets plenty of sunlight. There’s currently a work-from-home setup in the corner, which can stay if useful.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, large fridge-freezer, rice cooker, dishwasher and plenty of storage and counter space.

Bathroom: Modern and clean with a walk-in shower, shared between you and one other flatmate (the master bedroom has its own ensuite).

Extras: Washer/dryer in the flat and strong natural light throughout the day.

The Room: Comes furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Faces greenery outside the window — quiet and peaceful. Bright and well-kept, ideal for both relaxing and working.

The Housemates

You’ll be sharing with two friendly working professionals in their mid-20s to 30s.
One plans to stay long-term and will be renewing the lease.
The other is moving out in early January, with plans to find a replacement soon after.

Everyone’s independent but sociable — it’s a calm, respectful flat where people enjoy their own space but are happy to chat or have a meal together now and then.

Move-in date: 12 December 2025
Lease end date: 27 January 2027 (with 6-month break clause with new lease starting from 27th January 2026)
Bills (electricity, gas, WiFi, council tax) are split evenly
Deposit and references required

The Area

The flat is in a great location — about 15–20 minutes’ walk from Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill, perfect for morning runs or weekend strolls.

You’ll also have excellent local amenities:
Waitrose: 10-minute walk
Sainsbury’s: 15-minute walk
Tesco Express: 5-minute walk
Gyms nearby: Virgin Active, The Gym Group, PureGym, Anytime Fitness, and Better Health — all within easy reach.
