THE IDEAL NEW FLATMATE
This is not a party house, looking for a friendly, respectful working professional aged 25–45.

I live a busy life but enjoy social evenings occasionally, cooking together, watching a movie, or going out for a drink. The flat is kept in good condition, and I’m looking for someone responsible who likes to keep things clean and tidy. I prefer to organise bi-weekly professional cleaning and share the cost.
