Friendly girls house in dreamy Hampstead * 1 May *

Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk from Finchley Road tube. Sharing two lovely girls (25, 26) who became good friends during their Philosophy MA at LSE a few years ago. Looking for a girlie they'll click with and feel homely with! <3

We couldn't believe we found such a gorgeous house (the whole street looks majestic) in such a perfect well connected location with everything we need – you can be in central in a heartbeat but Hampstead itself has amazing fresh air. It feels peaceful and safe with so many independent cafes.

One housemate works in strategy consulting and the other at a tech/policy startup. Both work in an office and occasionally WFH. They love going to the gym, reading and seeing friends. One is German, the other is from Miami. They are pescetarian/vegetarian.

Looking for a girl in her mid or late 20s to replace me in the garden-facing double room. It's essentially ensuite because the 2 other girls share the other bathroom. It's the room with the most storage. There's no desk in the bedroom but one can fit.

We want a tidy (we wash up straight after cooking) person in her 20s who the other girls will feel at ease with. It’s super important that you and them feel you could become friends – but also have own social lives :) They host the occasional drinks or dinner party, but probs not looking for someone who will turn the place into a party house :)

It's a flat spread across 2-3 floors at the top of the house. The very top is the common area with a kitchen (dishwasher included), balcony, dining table and living area. It's where we spend all our time, we love it.

The neighbourhood is gorgeous – we love the fresh air, it feels like an escape from the buzz of London but you can still be in central in 20 mins. It's also really near South Hampstead overground. Some breathtaking houses, especially at Belsize Park. The house is super close to Primrose Hill too.
