I'm looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share a bright and airy flat in a lovely, well-connected residential area of South/West Hampstead.

The available room is a cosy double with its own private bathroom, and the flat has access to beautifully maintained private gardens that are exclusively for residents – perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading a book, having a BBQ, or simply getting some fresh air.

The flat itself is welcoming, with high ceilings, bay windows, and a large open-plan living and kitchen space. There's plenty of room to relax after work, cook, entertain friends, or enjoy a quiet evening at home. It's a peaceful home rather than a party house, but equally a relaxed and sociable space.

A Bit About Me & the Household

The flat is tidy, comfortable, and a genuinely lovely place to come home to at the end of the day. I work in the office most weekdays, so during the week things are generally relaxed, but I'm always happy to share a flat dinner, grab a drink at one of the many local pubs and restaurants, or catch up on a good Netflix series.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, fitness, dance, the arts, travelling and exploring London's food and drink scene.

✨ I'm looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and easy-going, someone who appreciates a clean and comfortable home and is happy to be sociable from time to time, while also respecting each other's space and independence.

📍 Location
The flat is ideally located in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links and everything you need close by. There is a large Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Aldi and the O2 Centre are all within walking distance, along with plenty of cafés, restaurants, gyms and local shops.

For green space, both Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are less than a 30-minute walk away or accessible by overground or bus. 🌿
