A MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY. A very spacious comfortable room, beautifully decorated and furnished, with a high ceiling, comfy double bed, kitchenette, very fast broadband, TV, and plenty of storage. The room is part of a large three bedded maisonette in a beautiful part of Kensington overlooking a park. It is on the Chelsea borders of Fulham Road near the 14 and 211 bus stop and it comes with a ‘kitchen in a cupboard’ which includes a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc.. One of the most important features is the private separate entrance on the ground floor to this part of the flat and therefore privacy. The room is not used by anyone else and is totally secure. There is a lovely bathroom next door to the bedroom with both bath and shower. Cleaning and bed linen and towels are included in the rent. As your landlady, I live quietly on the floor above with my own en suite and also have my own entrance. This room would suit a male professional, who needs to be in London during the week for work, but whose main home is outside London and who is looking for somewhere comfortable, quiet and private. There is easy connection to Gloucester Road or South Kensington tube stations, which are both 5/10 minutes away.
