We are looking for a flatmate between now till January 17th, can end earlier than this but no later. Price Negotiable

We are a couple, both students of Imperial College London, who are tidy and clean. We usually invite a cleaner every week.

The flat is 2 bed 1 bath, with a large entrance hall and living room. The flat is on the 4th floor, the top floor of the Sussex Mansions building, with PIN-secured entry to the block.

The room to rent is roughly 15 square meters, furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The living room is quite spacious, with a sofa, dining table, and cat toys.

Takes 10 minutes to walk to the Imperial College Campus and 5 minutes to walk to South Kensington Tube station and bus stations, with easy transport to Soho in around 20 minutes. Takes 15 minutes to walk to Harrods and around 10 minutes to walk to the National Science Museum, Natural History Museum, and Victoria & Albert Museum.

Opposite our flat, there is a Tesco 1-minute walk away, as well as a Little Waitrose on the left, which is also a 1-minute walk away. Nearby there are Japanese, Spanish, Lebanese, and Thai restaurants, etc. There’s also a Farmer’s market every Saturday next to our street that’s about 1 minute away as well.
