I am looking for a housemate for this beautiful apartment in the heart of South Kensington. I'm friendly and social (though very much respect other people's privacy) and am a young professional who works mostly from the office.

The apartment is modern and very large (>100 square metres), has an outdoor area, and will be provided furnished with brand new washing machine. The room available is an ensuite with a wardrobe, desk and bedside table, however it does not have a bed. There is also a 'vault' area for storage should you have suitcases or a bicycle, or do not want some of the furniture in your room.

Close to shops, tube station and Hyde park - 7min walk to Gloucester Road Station /Waitrose and 8min walk to Hyde park.

The minimum lease is 6 months and you will be put on the tenancy agreement, so will need to pass reference checks with the landlord.
