Large ensuite double room in luxury mansion house in South Kensington. 5 minutes walk to South Kensington station or Kings Road. The house was completely renovated 18 months ago by the professional corporate landlord. The house consists only of ensuite rooms and is more like having a private studio but with a shared kitchen (and bonus of a separate shared living room).

The room has a new carpet and furniture and a large window and is on the lower ground floor. Secure keyfob entry to the room and house. Central heating. Furniture includes a double bed, wardrobe. coffee table, and two bedside tables with drawers..

The spacious hotel quality ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and heated radiator/towel rail.

There are two living rooms on the ground floor, with couches and coffee tables. These are rarely used, and great for relaxing or having friends over. However, this is not a party house, residents are respectful, and the house is overall quiet. Current residents are a mix of professionals and some graduate students, there is a WhatsApp group for residents. Typically the house is fairly empty as people are out or even travelling.

There are two large kitchens on the ground floor with dining tables and chairs. There are 5 large Bosch/Zanussi fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchens. There are 4 AEG washer dryers all free to use. There are 4 Zanussi ovens and hobs. There are two Bosch microwaves.

There is a utility room on the second floor with a sink and storage space. There is also a storage room on the ground floor.

- High speed wifi broadband is included in the room and throughout the house.
- There is secure bike storage at the front and back of the house.
- There is a large grass garden at the back of the house.

You only pay the rent each month, all bills are included. (You do not need to pay council tax, electricity, gas, water, or broadband). There are no tenancy application fees (pay deposit and first months rent). The landlord pays for a professional cleaner for all communal spaces every weekday. The landlord also has a maintenance person available weekdays for any issues.
