Hello! We are Rich and Juan and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us.
The room is located in prime location: beautiful Mew (Astwood mews) just a few minutes away from Gloucester Road Station and many busy connections. The area is very well connected to central London, Hyde Park (10 minutes walk) and South Kensington Station.
The available room is a double room with a King Size Bed. It also has space for a big table to WFH. You would be sharing the bathroom with one more flatmate only, as the other one flatmate has his own. Big common living area and kitchen with all appliances included (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, kettle...). We also have a separate room with a drier.
You would be sharing the flat with Rich (36yo Canadian) and Juan (28yo Spanish). We are both young professionals, tidy, relaxed and respectful. We both treat this place our home, so we would be looking for someone with the same mindset and vibe.
We are starting viewings this weekend, so if you're interested drop us a note!
