• 3rd floor walk-up (no lift)

• Old Brompton Road, South Kensington – one of the safest and most prestigious areas in London
• 5 min walk to South Kensington & Gloucester Road stations
• 10 min walk to Imperial College, 15 min to Hyde Park
• Right above Waitrose, opposite Tesco, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies – very convenient living!

Rent:
• Originally £400/week, now £250/week, bills not included (negotiable for the right person)
• Official sublet contract available (required for full 3 months stay)

• Female only
• No parties, no loud noise, no overnight male guests
• Keep shared spaces clean
