Cozy room in an amazing location

I am looking for someone to replace me in this amazingly located room. If you study or work at Imperial as I do, there is no better place to stay. It takes me around 3 minutes to get to the computer science building. The neighborhood is great: very safe, clean, a lot of shops, a few minute walk to the tube stations, Hyde park.

I need to move out by August. You will need to provide verification to the landlord and there is a 200 pound fee for takeover of the contract.

The room comes fully furnished, and here's a small catch: there is a one-time fee (500) so I can get reimbursed for the furniture. I bought it all new a few months ago and assembled it myself. There is a lot of vertical space (the ceiling is 4m up) so I got a bunk bed, put a sofa underneath and a little table. It is very cozy and it gives you space to chill, eat, study or hang out with someone. The bed is Queen size and it comes with a mattress, it's solid wood so it's durable and comes with a small shelf. You will also have a chest and a wardrobe. The room also has its own sink which I find really useful.

There is a shared kitchen with two stoves, two sinks and two fridges and your own storage space. You will share a bathroom with one other room, and there are many other bathrooms available for you to use in case this one is occupied (which rarely happens in my experience). All these shared areas are cleaned twice a week. This, and all the bills, council tax, broadband are included in the price.
