Lovely flat in Onslow Square

Hi there

I have a lovely flat in South Kensington that I've been living in for the last year- I absolutely love this flat. I will be escaping the British winter for a few months so looking for someone to stay while I am away.

The Flat
One bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
The lounge is large and is a great size by London standards.
There is also a day bed in the lounge, with a very comfy mattress, and another mattress underneath so can be pulled out to make a double bed- the bedroom also has a double bed.

Standing Desk that can be adjusted up or down to suit you. Great working from home set up.

Great storage with a built in cupboard in the bedroom, and in the passage.

Kitchen has a dishwasher, and washing machine.

Beautiful large private garden directly opposite- this is one of the largest private gardens in the area. There is another garden with a tennis court, which you will also have access to.

Location
Three mins walk to South Kensington station- it's literally around the corner and so close. Piccadilly, District and Circle Lines.
Busses very close by.

Best For
Preferably a single person, but couples will be considered. Needs to be responsible and not big into entertaining. This is a very quiet block so no big gatherings or parties allowed.
Unfortunately no pets due to building rules.
Looking for someone who wants to stay the whole time from November- March.

All bills included- Council Tax, Wifi, Water and Gas.
