I am friendly and easy-going, but I also respect people’s privacy and independence.

We can both enjoy our own lives without feeling obliged to constantly chat or socialise—simply being pleasant, considerate and respectful towards one another.

I would love to find someone who feels comfortable here and treats the property as their home while taking care of everything within it.

House Rules and Important Information

* Maximum occupancy is strictly one person
* No overnight guests or sleepovers
* No loud music
* No smoking inside the property
* If you are a smoker, you may smoke on the front entrance patio
* The bedroom, bathroom, furniture and the rest of the home must be treated with care

A professionally prepared written lodger agreement will be provided.

The successful applicant will need to provide:

* Proof of employment or evidence showing how they receive their income
