Also, please note the flat is not a new build/ tower etc, it is however in very safe ex local authority area (see pic). The area has a nice little community called little Portugal just off South Lambeth road.

- Excellent transport links: Vauxhall Station 10 minutes (from there Gatwick airport is 30 minutes on Gatwick Express), Stockwell station 10 minutes, many buses to central London or the airports, or a 30 minute walk along the river to London Eye. This is a quite central location on the border of Zone 1, next to the new nine elms, US Embassy area.

You'll be living with myself the owner of the flat, mid 30's male professional working in central London, I’m a pretty tidy, but an easy going person.

You must be......
ideally individuals 25+ in age, a professional or mature student ( professional job as in city, central London etc), or may suit someone that works 9-5 Monday to Friday in London. A clean and tidy and preferably a quiet person. This will certainly not suit you if you’re more casual and untidy. Please note unfortunately this is not available for;

- Unemployed or claiming benefits
