The room is approximately 4.2 x 3.6m so there is plenty of space.

Backyard and a bit of roof you can lie out on in summer.

About the area:
7 minute walk to Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern line) honestly the best!
12 minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line and National Rail)
Stockwell bus garage has buses in every direction
Pretty quiet area
Tesco Express, a Co-op and Sainsbury's are all located 2-5min walk away.
Pubs near by and a fantastic little restaurant only minutes up the road
You can be in Clapham, Brixton, Balham in pretty much 15 minutes.

Flatmates:
3 young professionals (2 male & 1 female), all mid/late 20's. Working in marketing, architecture and finance. We are a friendly household, all love having a chat while we cook dinner.

Everyone's into sports, gym, cooking, drinking, all the fun things in life but also definitely enjoy their own time.

Bills are not included, we pay each month approx. £60 (gas, electricity, internet, water and counsel tax)

Deposit is 6 weeks rent at £990, rent is £660 per month + £60/70 for bills.
