This is a great flat that was renovated recently and has impeccable finishes.

There's an open plan kitchen/living with two sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully integrated with lots of storage and a dishwasher is being installed. The area opens to a big, beautiful south facing garden. There's also 1 full bathroom with a shower and a second toilet.

Rooms are fully furnished with plenty of storage. Large room has its own sofa and desk.

You'll be sharing the house only with me (a 30 year old marketing professional) and my very well behaved shiba inu. I am currently working remotely

Close to transport links (buses to Central and Wandsworth almost at the door), 10-15 min walking to stockwell, 15 min to Vauxhall and Wandsworth Road stations. There's also a HUGE Sainsbury's at walking distance, and a Pure Gym less than 5 min away.
