Description
My husband and I live at the house and are looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. The room is large, has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The room is light and opens onto a courtyard - beautiful in the summer! Our home is newly built as part of a small Mews of 4 houses and is very quiet - a little oasis of calm in Vauxhall. The Mews is a short walk away from both Vauxhall or Oval underground stations. Similarly short walks to the likes of a small Waitrose or a large Sainsburys.
We are looking for a professional woman (only to make for a more diverse mix in the home!) who needs somewhere calm and quiet to stay during the work week.
The room and bathroom will be serviced once a week (linen changed and room & en suite cleaned) and basic utilities (water, electricity, heating, Internet) are included.
The room is available only on week days.
Kindly note that while we are a very friendly & easy going couple ,we are neat and tidy, and would ask anyone looking to take up the room to be similarly neat and tidy.
