ONLY 1 ROOM on the 1st Floor is available currently.

All rooms are furnished with good quality furniture and beds. A communal area with TV and kitchen are provided for all to share on the ground floor. There is also a small garden for share between all residents. The house includes 2 bathrooms.

The communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis. The lounge has a TV installed for communal use and there is fibre broadband available at the property. All this is included in the quoted rental price.

There is a bus stop right outside the house and Vauxhall Station is less than 10 minutes walk away on the main road and Nine Elms station is about 4 minutes walk.
