Bright house close to Battersea and Claphalm

Lovely house with a spacious and bright living room which is the perfect place to spend time together.
The kitchen is comfortable and modern. It has a washing machine, a dishwasher and a big freezer.
There is a backyard which is perfect to have lunch outside during the summer, and has a table tennis.
The house has two floors. The bottom floor has the living room, the kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The three bedrooms and a spacious shared bathroom are upstairs.

For the cyclist there is also space to leave the bicycles inside.

The room for rent has a big window which illuminates the whole space.
It is also furnished with a wardrobe and a drawer.

We are three students, two doing a masters, and another doing film studies.
We generally like to eat all together at lunch and dinner when we are at home, and we like hanging in the living room, watching movies with the projector, drinking wine and chatting. We also respect each other's privacy.
We are looking for a sociable flatmate. We would like to meet you and show you the house.
