Large loft conversion with plenty of light, feels like a studio flat. Plenty of storage, double bed, desk and more. Bills included
the house:
kitchen, with freezer and fridge, brand new washer dryer, ironing board, massive living dinning, 2 wc, (one with a bathtub, the other one with a walk in shower) was completly refurbished, new floors, furniture fixtures, etc etc
The bills include everything, internet, BT Telly, NOW TV, Amazon prime, Netflix
We are 5-10 mins from Vauxhall, Stockell Tube, and 5 min to the new Nine Elms station.
There is a massive Sainsbury's very close, as well as a Co-op, Lidl, little Waitrose. As we are in little Portugal there are plenty of food places for coffee and pastries!
This Place is a steal, so if you are looking for a fantastic place with fantastic people (and cat) we will carry meetings via house party at first then move to a visit at your convenience.
