The building is a council flat, but the interior is quite new, I took the pictures yesterday so no surprises when you see the real flat. It’s split in 2 levels.
First floor:
- kitchen with a counter and stools, so you don’t need to eat in your room. There’s plenty of storage for four people, and also a tv (tv license included!)
- toilet with a little sink
- enormous bedroom (original living room) with a balcony
Second floor:
-three bedrooms

- bathroom with shower
- couple or wardrobes for more storage

The area is nice. 15-20 min walk to battersea park. 15-20 min walk to Clapham Common, where there’re lots of pubs and restaurants. And a nice park too. 5 min walk to Tesco express, 15 min walk to a big Sainsbury’s in Vauxhall, lot of small shops on the way there...
