Room in a very popular location furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe. Please note that the pictures are from the prior tenancy whilst occupied. The desk and chair in the pictures belongs to the last tenant, a new set was since bought which is included.

Bills included - water, gas, elec, internet fibre optic and council tax

• The area is very popular with new young professionals being so close to major transport links – with the nine elms regeneration only a couple of mins walk.
• Many convenience stores, bars and restaurants along the high road.
• Coop (less than 1min walk), Lidl (7mins walk), Sainsbury’s large supermarket (7min walk), Tesco express (10min walk)
• TheGym (9min walk)

• Nine Elms – 5min walk
• Stockwell tube - 7min walk
• Vauxhall tube and railway - 5-10min walk
