Cosy double bedroom with a nice view for wfh available in a house shared with 3 other professionals. We are all in our early to mid-20s and would like to find a new flatmate!

We are all very friendly and tidy. 3 of us share the bathroom, which has been renovated recently. The loft room has its own ensuite.

We also share a very spacious living room with a big dining table, sofa area and (non-funtioning) fire place plus lots of plants. The kitchen has everything and is also quite spacious.

It’s a fantastic location and very central for getting everywhere: 8- 10 mins walk to Nine Elms Station, Vauxhall Station and Stockwell Station. Plus there is a night bus at the top of the road, a giant Sainsbury's next to Nine Elms Station, and other shops nearby (also: Gail's is 5 min away). The street itself is residential, however, and surprisingly quiet.

Available from 1 October, early viewing recommended, and full time permanent job requested by landlady.

Rent: £670 pm, plus bills and council tax.

5 weeks deposit which will be kept in a government scheme.
