Spacious double room near Vauxhall

Looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom of the flat I am currently renting. It's a bright double room and the flat has a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a garden.

It's a 5-10 minute walk from Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Stockwell stations, and the same distance from a big Sainsbury's. Lovely and peaceful area, very well-connected to central.

Ideal person is a young professional who works at least hybrid (not fully remote). No gender preference as long as you are clean and chill.

Move in is from 15 April but can be somewhat flexible. Tenancy is one year however as I have lived here for a month you would be signing onto the contract for 11 months (can renew at the end of tenancy). With the larger room your rent would be £1150 pm plus around £200 pm for bills (wifi, water, gas, electric, council tax), as well as a £1000 deposit.
