Looking for two girls 24-30 to replace us from 1st February on a new tenancy agreement. We currently live with Katie, a lovely 26 year old who is looking to stay in the area when we go travelling.
Both two spacious double bedrooms with lots of storage, sharing a bathroom between 2. Shared living room and separate kitchen.
Situated on the third floor of a terraced house on a quiet road, only 10 min walk from Nine Elms, Oval and Vauxhall stations giving quick access to the Northern and Victoria lines.
Rent £1000 each not including bills (approx. £88 per person per month).
We have stayed in the flat for 3 years as we love the area so much so great opportunity to be in a super central location!
