Double en-suite room available in Stockwell

We are two girls and a couple currently living in a 4 bedroom house in Stockwell. We have lived here for 1 year and our housemate is moving out in August, therefore we're looking for someone to fill their space!

The room is available from the beginning of August although move-in dates are flexible. As we already have a couple in the house we are looking for ONE person.

We are looking for housemates who are going to be around in the evenings to chill on the sofa with us and who are up for the occasional evening at the pub. Also enjoy film/cooking/baking sessions as a house. Although we both have very busy London lives and respect each other's space, we're also very sociable and would appreciate the same qualities from our housemates!

The house has 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), a shared living room, large kitchen and garden. We're very clean to live with and all items and utensils in the kitchen and living room are shared - utensils, crockery etc.

Katie is working at KCL (Denmark Hill campus) doing research and due to start her PhD in September; Charlotte is working as a data analyst in Ladbroke Grove.
