Double room in new flat with own master bathroom

Desirable peaceful street in SE25. I bought the flat in November 2020 when it was brand new so everything is very modern and fitted etc. The room is unfurnished. You will have solo access to the master bathroom which is large with a bath as I have an en suite. I often travel with work for a week at a time so you will have the flat to yourselves at times. I mainly work from home but go into the office time to time so ideally you will be office/site based.

I'm 37, from the UK and have lived in London for 11 years. I would describe myself as laid back, tidy and respectable. Happy to hang out and grab a local beer etc now and then, but equally fine if you prefer your space and to do your own thing.

There is a large leisure centre, a Tesco Express, and a great local bistro pub at the end of the road - All 2 mins walk away. By Norwood Junction station there is an Aldi, craft beer pub, bistro pub, wine bar, cafes and other places that are fantastic to relax and socialise. Norwood Junction is about a 9 minute walk away which gets you into London Bridge in 12 minutes, as well as direct trains to many other places such as Victoria. All bills are included which includes NOW TV/SKY inc sports, Amazon TV, Netflix, etc. There is free and available street parking. The flat has a large balcony which is south facing and the building has a communal roof terrace with great views over SE London.
