Double room in Canary Wharf/South Quay available from June as our current flatmate is moving in with her partner!💔
The contract is for 1 year with possibility to renew.

Le room:
The room is £930 per month + bills which usually are around £130 per month per person (these include council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet broadband).

The bedroom has a double bed, fairly large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Other furniture in the picture has already been sold/given away.

You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.

Le flat:
The flat is very bright, cozy, quite warm and it is fitted with modern appliances. We like to keep it very clean and tidy and would expect the same from the new tenant.

The building is fairly new, it has 24/7 concierge and gym included.
It’s 10 mins walk to Canary wharf tube station and shopping center, 5 mins walk to South Quay DLR, 15 mins walk from Canary Wharf Lizzie line and 7 mins to Crossharbour DLR.
We have a big ASDA 7 mins away, Tesco/Waitrose/M&S in Canary Wharf and a small Tesco and Tian Tian just next to our building.

Les flatmates:
You would be sharing the flat with Minji and Cecilia (das me) - we are 34/33 years old, South Korean and Italian. Minji works in tech (cool stuff!!) and Cecilia in finance (boring stuff!!). We really treat this flat like our own and are looking for a like minded person to join. We like hanging out with friends and having long chats at dinner with a glass of wine but do extremely value our privacy and alone-chill-time.
