Massive Ensuite In Cw / Great Deal 🙂(Female Only)

Hello, as my current flatmate is moving out of the flat I need to find someone to replace her. I will only consider female professional application.
The available room is an ensuite of decent size with lots of storage (massive built in wardrobe) and very modern bathroom. We will be sharing the rest of the flat (kitchen and living room which again is massive). I am looking for someone that is respectful, clean, quiet, and doesn’t party (parties strictly forbidden in the flat). No couples. Bills are not included but drop me a message if you want more info. I work 5 days a week in the office, so looking for someone with a pretty similar schedule. We have a concierge which is good for parcels.
