Looking for someone to takeover rest of my contract which ends 28th January 2025. Available Now. Double bedroom in a friendly + tidy flat at the heart of Canary Wharf. Bathroom shared with 2 other flatmates.

Cleaner comes once a month. Access to concierge and all amenities including: Gym, Boxing Studio, Sauna, Steam Room, Pool, Cinema Room, Winter Garden, Library and more.

WiFi included so perfect for any work from home people. Water included. Heating and Electricity are separate bills but only come to around £30 a month in total throughout my time, especially with the minimal need for heating as the building is well insulated.

Requirements:
1. Identification (passport)

2. Job reference letter, payslips and bank statements (preferably 3 last months). His/her income must be 30 times the monthly price of the room.

3. 5 weeks deposit plus the first month rent (or 2 months' rent for students + Guarantor income must be 40 times the monthly price of the room).
