I'm looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease in the Ark, Canary Wharf. This room faces South, so get's sunlight all day.

It is a Standard studio. En-suite, has a microwave oven, and a stovetop.

Comes with amenities included such as:
-Pool on the 20th floor
-Several cinema rooms
-A yoga studio (20th floor with views of Canary Wharf)
-A communal kitchen
-Several co-working spaces.

It also hosts weekly events such as Sunday breakfasts, movie nights, and occasional excursions out.

All bills included (including council tax, water, heating, broadband, etc.)

Laundry is in the -2 floor. They use Circuit laundry washers and dryers.
