I have a 3 bed-room property in prime Canary Wharf, 3-5 mins walk to both South Quay and Cross-harbour DLR, about 7 mins walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line station, about 12 mins walk from Elizabeth line station.
The third bedroom is available and would need to share the common bathroom with ONLY myself.
I am in the second bedroom and the master bedroom ( with an ensuite) would be let out separately.
I need 2 months deposit up front and ALL bills including free parking ARE included.
I am a working professional, working from home 9 AM-6 PM and the property would most suit a single/two professionals in case they are happy to share a room.
The open-plan lounge and the balcony in the flat are shared. Serious enquiries only.
