My flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy and I'm looking for someone to sign a new contract. I'm a professional in the rail industry working 4-5 days in the office and enjoying relaxing at home after hours.
The room is a double with bed, clothes closet and side table, roughly 2.2 X 3.5 meters with north facing window. There is only 1 bathroom shared with me.
The flat is fully equipped, with a big kitchen, dinner, living and balcony. There are DLR stations under 5 min walk, jubilee 10 min and Elizabeth line 15 min.
You must be able to provide documentation and references for the agency to approve. Please feel free to contact for any questions and arrange a viewing.
