Lovely Bright Double Room in Canary Wharf

Hi everyone

I am a relaxed, clean, healthy and professional British woman looking for a likeminded housemate to share my flat in Docklands as my current flatmate of almost two years has decided to move to another part of London.

I am a Deputy Headteacher and often work long hours at school, which probably suits those who occasionally have the luxury of working from home.

I enjoy cooking and often spend Sunday afternoons preparing a range of healthy meals for the week ahead and although I am a vegan, I have no problems with meat being cooked or eaten in my flat.

For those that may be cautious with the idea of living with a landlord, please do not be as I am exceptionally respectful and not at all intrusive. On that note, I should probably state that this is not a party flat and my main rule is to not wear shoes in the flat or burn it down 🙃

My flat is on the 12th floor and has amazing natural light. The balcony is accessible from the living room and has a view of the docks and Greenwich park (in the distance).

The room is furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, a folding desk, a large wardrobe with full length mirrors.

I have all the essential electrial equipments except for a dishwasher and everything can be used as long as they are kept in a good condition.

With regards to location, my flat is directly above a Tesco Express, 1 minute away from a large oriental supermarket. There is an Asda superstore within a walking distance. You only have to walk 5 minutes to get to South Quay/Crossharbour DLR stations and Canary Wharf underground is 10 minute away.

The rent is £900PCM - (one month as a deposit to secure the room and from then on, the rent is to be paid a month in advance via Direct Debit).

All bills are included.
