Very comfortable double bedroom available now in our Victorian house.
Cosy and bright, fully furnished with a double bed, very spacious wardrobe, desk and chair, shelves, TV, bedside table, bedding if wanted. New condition. Excellent heating and insulation.
Weekly cleaner for the common parts so everything is well looked after.
Nice bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, kitchen with all equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine. Second downstairs bathroom with shower and WC.
Landscaped garden with stone barbecue glazed extension.
Very large 21 m2 fully equipped kitchen / dining / living room.
All bills and WIFI included.
Looking for a non-smoker with a daytime activity.
Around the house, there are at least two prize-winning park - Downhills Park & Lordship rec, with free tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, football, excellent cafes nearby, all the shops you could wish for including (on top of the usual ones like Tesco's, Sainsbury's, Lidl) a fantastic supermarket/bakery/butcher (Expa), all the take-away types you can think of, even a brilliant independent Japanese place. Leisure Centre with gym, swimming pool, library.
For nature lovers there are the Tottenham marshes and the whole Lea Valley canal.

The station of Seven Sisters on the Victoria line is a fast 10 minute walk or a few minutes on the 41 bus, and Seven Sisters is very convenient for most destinations, with Kings Cross 10 minutes away and Oxford Circus about 15. The financial City is quickly reached via a short bus ride to Tottenham Hale from where it takes 12 minutes.
It's a short bus ride to Crouch End, Green Lanes, Turnpike Lane and Wood Green.
