We have a large garden facing double bedroom available from 10th September (or earlier if needed) on a quiet street in our 5-bed terrace house. The room is bright and airy with two large windows, two radiators, double bed and various furniture. The house also has a garden with plenty of undercover storage for bikes etc. and tables and chairs to eat outside.

Location:
We're in N15 Zone 3. Just over a 10min walk to either Seven Sisters (Victoria line) or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line). There are plenty of local shops minutes away, including a Sainsburys, Tesco, 24hr Off Licence, Yoga Studio plus a lovely café and parks all in walking distance.

Price:
The room is £513 + around £90 a month for all bills (including a fortnightly cleaner and a house kitty for toilet paper etc.)

There will be a £513 deposit required and a £60 charge for having you added to the contract. The landlords will also require the tenant to be reference checked which they will pay for (income check & references).

We also have another double room available from the same time.
