Double Room in Quiet Area. Mon-Fri Let

This ad is a Monday to Friday (4 night) let, for professionals working in London. Please make it clear in your message or profile that you understand that this is a weekday let only!

I’m looking for a part-time lodger to fill my spare room during the week - someone polite, considerate and tidy.
The room itself is a good size double (a little over 3.5m x 2.6m), has a storage unit for hanging clothes etc, chest of drawers, desk, new double bed, and a bedside table. Its got blackout blinds and does not face the street - so it’s very quiet.

Upstairs is the shared bathroom, my room, and what would be your room. Downstairs is the kitchen/diner that you are welcome to use including fridge/cupboard space. There is a back garden so if you smoke it must be outside.

The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Seven Sisters station, and 15-20 min walk Tottenham Hale - so well connected. It’s on a lovely quiet street with no through traffic.

A bit about me and the house: my name is Howard, 39/m and work in IT. I’ve lived here for nearly 8 years and love it here. I shower at work so I'm pretty much out the door first thing and the bathroom is yours. Mittens (my cat) will be around a bit more than me (but he doesn’t tend to hog the bathroom either) He will both want your affection and shun you at the same time (as cats do). He mostly plods around in search of his next meal and is very well behaved.

There is flexibility on price if you don't need it for the full M-F (4 nights), so please don’t hesitate to drop me a message. Price advertised is per month and allows you to leave your stuff in the room/kitchen whilst you are not here.
