Looking for someone to take over my room while I am away. The room will be available from the 15th of June for a couple of months, with the possibility of becoming something permanent from September. Ideally looking for Female/AFAB but open to anyone, unfortunately, no couples, LGBTQAI+ friendly
The room is large and airy, (with windows) perfect for any creatives, artists or anyone with a love of natural light. Comes furnished, freshly painted and done up. Looking for someone willing to look after my plants while I am away and to take care of the room.
The warehouse is shared by a group of 12 lovely people in their early 20's to early 30's all from different walks of life, we are not a party house but there's always something going on around the area.
We have a weekly cleaner, studio area, projector for movie nights and a mad huge garden. All bills + internet + basic toiletries + cleaning materials included in the rent cost.
Rent will increase to £775 starting from August.
10 min walk from Seven Sisters, Stamford Hill & Manor House.
