Bright airy double room with park view

Hi Everyone,

I have a lovely bright double room in a cute flat available now for £700 all bills and Wi-Fi included :)

its a furnished double room with huge windows over looking the park, the room comes with a double bed and a large chest of white drawers.

there are currently two house mates living here one male film student and one female in marketing we also have the fattest sweetest cat called Katara although shes a bit shy and usually stays in her room when shes not eating.

there is a modern bathroom with shower and a lovely modern kitchen.

its a quick 7 min walk to the nearest underground tube station which is Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) and then Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) is 15 mins walk so you have both really along with Seven Sisters overground train station.

we keep to ourselves mostly as we are all busy but are all super friendly its a really relaxed house hold if you are looking for a peaceful place then give me a message.
