Cute Double Room for Rent in Seven Sisters

Cute top floor attic room in Seven Sisters, sharing with 3 other chilled and respectful housemates. It comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, couch, table, mirror, clothing rack, desk and chair. The photo with the pink bedding is the room currently, showing all of the furniture that the room comes with. I included the photos of the room before I moved in to show the room's potential if you want to decorate a bit more than I did!

No living room, but decent size shared kitchen and bathroom are on the 1st floor. One of the housemates has a cat, so please don't apply if you are allergic, although the cat is quite old and doesn't come upstairs where this room is.

The location is extremely convenient:
3 min walk to South Tottenham bus station/overground
8 min walk to seven sisters tube (Victoria line) and overground (connects to Liverpool St)
Tesco superstore across from Seven Sisters station
5 min walk to lovely Markfield Park which leads to the Lea River
Quick bus or cycle to Harringay Green Lanes and Stoke Newington

Logistics:
Rent: £500
Deposit: £500 paid directly to me, as our deposit is protected in the deposit protection scheme
Bills: £130-150 a month (this includes broadband, utilities, cleaner and shared house items such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand soap, cleaning products)
Agency requires references to move in (3 months payslips, 3 months bank statements, copy of photo ID, right to rent check if you are not a UK citizen)
£50 fee to add your name on the contract paid to the agency
Rent is paid on the 10th so I'm looking for someone to have taken over the contract and have paid me the deposit before then. There might be room to move in a few days sooner as well, in which case we will prorate the rent and those days will be paid directly to me.
