Sunny double room in gorgeous queer house

We're 3 queer pals looking for another lovely queer or active ally to move into our home. We have been living here for 1 year now and know each other through playing water polo in London. Eva (she/her) is from Ireland, Lucy (they/them/she) is from Canada, and Kate (they/them) is from the UK, and we're between 27 - 30, so ideally would like to live with someone close to that range. We also live with Peggy, Eva's sweet little cat, who loves a cuddle on a lap more than anything in the world. We all live busy lives and come and go quite a lot, but when we're around we like to see each other. We spend a lot of time in the communal spaces together, cooking, watching shit reality tv, and venting about petty work drama. We keep the house clean but not obsessively so, and we get a cleaner in every two weeks for the common spaces. There are plants in varying states of health in every room, and the garden is a frequent project of catharsis. Fridge magnets from every trip are a must!

Room
The room available is the largest bedroom of 4, located at the top of the house. It comes partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and has plenty of space for a desk to wfh, and other small furniture.

House
The house is terraced with bike parking at the front and a decent garden at the back. The kitchen and lounge are both quite spacious, with space to enjoy meals together, watch TV, or wfh as needed. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a shower and bathtub, and a second toilet under the stairs. The house is old but kitchen and bathrooms were both renovated recently it seems, and its well insulated so keeps a decent temperature in the winter. We're council tax band D.

Location
We're located in N15, beside Chestnuts park. It is ~15 min walk to Seven Sisters (Victoria line) Turnpike Lane (Picadilly line) and Harringay Green Lanes (overground). There are buses on the street that run 24hrs and go to Dalston, Waterloo, and Tottenham Hale. There is a tesco express and sainsburys local at the top of the street, and larger supermarkets about 15 mins away.
Professionals preferred

The entrance has two doors, each with a small lip around the frame. The kitchen and downstairs toilet are 3 steps down from the entry hallway. The first floor bathroom is 11 steps up, and the available bedroom is a further 6 steps up from there. The hallways are rather narrow, as this is an old terraced house, so wide mobility aids might struggle.
