Sublet Only 1 Bedroom Flat In Warehouse Community

My partner and I are taking a 3 month trip to South America in January. Our dates are very flexible. We are looking for someone or a couple to sublet our amazing flat whilst we are away.
The flat is actually a 2 bed unit located within a bustling warehouse community on Fountayne Road, in Tottenham Hale. By staying here you will gain access to a hidden slice of London life, that not many get to see. The community is filled with artists/makers/performers and everything in between.
Out unit backs onto one of the communal courtyards where people hang out/hold performances/have parties/garden etc so it is very easy to make friends.
The flat comes fully furnished, 2 big TVs with all streaming services, fast internet, full working kitchen (big fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, pots and pan etc)
The spare room can be used as a bedroom or used as an office (desk can be provided) or reading room with the provided hammock.
The bedroom is a loft room with plenty of space for clothes, and unique architectural features.
All bill are included in the price.
