I’m moving out of this lovely house and currently looking for someone to take my room.
The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood but also just 10 mins walk from Seven Sisters underground station (Victoria line) and a range of amenities, restaurants and cafes.
The double room has a mattress, chest of drawers and a huge wardrobe which provides ample storage. The mattress has a bed frame stored away in the shed but can be reinstalled should you prefer that. The desk, chair and blue sofa in the bedroom are mine. Happy to leave the sofa in the room for a small price.
The house has a garden and a shed at the back which works as a guest bedroom should you have family or friends visiting. There’s also a shared living room, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining room.
Bills aren’t included in the rent. Roughly £120-150 per month for each person depending on usage. This includes everything - council tax, water, gas and electricity.
I’m after someone who can move in by end of November to take over my tenancy - not before though. The contract ends in January and can be renewed with your name and the current flatmate’s. It’s a straightforward process with the flat agent who’s based only 10 mins away from this house.
Flat agent is responsive to all requests and queries regarding maintenance etc. I requested for a new mattress last December and they ordered one and had it delivered without questions.
