I have a large room to rent, which is furnished with a king sized bed, desk, chair, shelving unit & quadruple wardrobe. Within a ground floor & first floor maisonette, within a secure gated community where most of the neighbours know each other. We're within 5 minute walking distance of 3 great parks. We're also really well connected for public transport - 4 bus routes within a 5 minute walk, the piccadilly & Victoria lines within a 15 minute walk, together with easy access to overground trains in/out of London.
My husband & I are chatty & friendly. We're a veggie/vegan home but we don't expect to find someone else who is. We have a gold fish & a very cute & happy miniature cockerpoo dog, so we need a housemate who loves dogs!
There are lots of lovely coffee shops, pubs, restaurants & shops all within a 15 minute walk.
