Large Room in South Tottenham

We’re two working professionals (1 male, 1 female) in our early 30s looking for a third (preferably female) to join our home. We would love someone who is creative, as we both work in that field. Ideally we are looking for someone who works part time from home. Would also like someone we could consider a friend as well as a flatmate—someone who’s independent but keen for the occasional pint, walk, or a nice dinner. We just moved into this home and are in the process of furnishing it ourselves. Must be pet friendly as we have a LOVELY little dog who is very well behaved.

- Large room with space for a desk or workspace.
- Loads of Natural light
-The room is currently unfurnished but would be happy to provide a bed and dresser if needed.

- Prime location—situated it a quite neighborhood but close to loads of shops, gyms and pubs
-5 minutes to Seven Sister and Tottenham Hale tube stations.
- 10 minute walk to public parks
- Beautiful Backyard (amazing for summer dinners, tanning & drinks)
- Super tidy & relaxed household

About Us:
We’re working professionals—mostly travelling for work or WFH. We live pretty normal lives when we’re not at work. Enjoy a stroll in the park, cooking meals and hanging out with friends.

💰 Rent: £1300/month all bill included
