Looking for a flatmate to join me in my 2 bed flat in South Tottenham. Open to men, women and non binary people.

The flat is just 1 year old so all the appliances are brand new and it’s well insulated for the winter months.

The available room comes with a double bed and wardrobe as shown in the photos. Floor to ceiling windows and door leading out to a large private balcony. The flat is on the 5th floor so the view is stunning, the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.

Just 10 mins walk to Seven Sisters for both overground and the Victoria Line.

Located off West Green Road, with lots of shops and restaurants with food from all over the world. There’s also a coffee shop and small deli on the ground floor level of the flat block.

I’m a producer, working in local government. I play football, enjoy going to the pub and having friends over for dinner. I’m sociable but it’s not a party flat, I’m usually in bed by 10pm ;)
