Room 9A available to rent until 6th September. Need someone to take over the contract asap (the next payment due 12th January) as I’ve dropped out of my masters and no longer need nor can afford the room. I have completely moved out so you would be able to move in immediately.

you would only have to pay the remaining £7,847,87 for full time occupation till 6 September. The contract is in monthly instalments of £2,140.33 on 12th January, 9th February and 9th March, with a final payment of £1,426.86 on 20th April.

Small double bed en-suite Unite Students room in South Tottenham, right by the overground, bus stands and Seven Sisters station.

All utilities are included in the weekly cost of the room, and includes a communal kitchen (ovens, fridge-freezers, hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle).

Has to be taken over by a student unfortunately.
Flatmates are all friendly and clean.
Accessible flat via lift.

Storage under the bed for suitcases etc.
