Cute double room close to Turnpike Lane

Hi!

I’m a current, and ongoing, tenant in a 2 bed flat, 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station. Unfortunately my current housemates circumstances have changed and so she will be leaving at the end of February.

I’m a teacher so I work really intensely during the day and enjoy the house being a calm haven in the evenings and I’m looking for someone that feels similarly.

Ideally my new housemate will be clean, respectful, and will work from the office, at least the majority of the time.

I’m not looking for a bestie, but I also would like to live with someone that I get on with and who is open to sharing some time relaxing on the sofa with one another if our paths cross.

I’m generally an active person, and I like things like climbing, dancing, being outdoors and socialising. Although I do really value downtime alone in my room too. I’m also trying to expand my creative side too! But it hasn’t quite happened yet…

I’m a queer she/they and it’s important that I live with someone who is accepting or gets it.

The room includes a bed and mattress that is slightly smaller than a double, and a built in wardrobe. Everything else in the room belongs to my housemate.
